This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Introduction

  • The website Adscome (https://adscome.com/) is owned and operated by Mamta Singh, residing at India, Jharkhand, Ranchi, Pahartoli 834005. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Campaign Approval & Content

  • Manual & AI Review: Every ad is checked by our AI Safety Engine and manual reviewers before going live.
  • Prohibited Content: We do not allow ads for Gambling, Adult Content, Illegal Products, or Non-Vegetarian (Non-Veg) products/services.
  • Right to Reject: Adscome reserves the right to reject any ad that does not align with our community standards.

3. Accuracy & Campaign Control

  • Advertiser Responsibility: You are responsible for the links and images you provide. If your website goes down, the ad will continue to run and spend your balance.
  • Flexibility: You can stop a running ad at any time. Any remaining balance can be saved and used for a different ad campaign in the future.

4. For Developers (Publishers)

  • Anti-Fraud: Self-clicking, asking others to click, or using bot traffic is strictly prohibited.
  • The Strike System: Our system tracks IP patterns. Any account found cheating will be banned, and pending earnings will be forfeited.

5. Payments and Payouts

  • Minimum Payout: Through Cashfree, the minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100.
  • Processing: Once a payout is requested, it will be processed to your linked bank account/UPI via Cashfree.
  • Taxes: Developers are responsible for their own tax filings as per Indian law.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No Direct Refunds: Once an ad campaign has started and is being served to users, no cash refunds will be issued.
  • Ad Credits: If you cancel a campaign early, your money stays in your Adscome account as "Ad Credits" to be used later.

7. Legal Compliance (India IT Rules 2026)

  • Adscome operates in full compliance with the Information Technology Rules, 2026 of India.
