Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Adscome, we want to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our users. This policy outlines how we handle order cancellations and refund requests for our advertising services.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Advertisers: You may request to cancel an ad campaign before it has been reviewed or approved by our team. Once a campaign is "Live" and ads are being served to our publisher network, the campaign cannot be cancelled or stopped for a refund.
  • Adscome’s Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any ad campaign that violates our Veg-only policy or contains offensive, illegal, or low-quality content.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  • Rejected Ads: If your advertisement is rejected by our team during the review process (e.g., for containing non-veg content), we will issue a full refund of the campaign budget.
  • Duplicate Payments: In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge, the extra amount will be refunded after contact.
  • Unspent Budget: If a campaign is terminated by Adscome for any internal reason before the full budget is utilized, the remaining unspent balance will be eligible for a refund after contact.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: Once an ad campaign has started running.
  • Performance: Refunds are not issued based on the "performance" of an ad (e.g., if you did not get as many clicks as you expected).
  • Policy Violations: If your account is suspended for fraudulent activity or repeated violations of our Terms of Service.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Original Source: All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account) used during the transaction.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds typically take 1 - 3 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
  • Fees: Please note that payment gateway transaction fees or GST levied at the time of purchase may not be refundable depending on the provider's rules.
