Adscome: Privacy & Fraud Policy

At Adscome, we value the privacy of our publishers (creators) and advertisers. We are also deeply committed to protecting advertiser budgets from bot traffic. This policy explains our tracking methods and fraud detection rules.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our services securely, we collect the following:

  • For Publishers: Name, email address, website URL, Bank details, Country, and website category.
  • For Advertisers: Business details, contact information, and ad creative assets.
  • Technical Data: We collect minimal technical data (IP addresses and timestamps) specifically to prevent fraud and track valid ad impressions/clicks.

2. Invalid Traffic & Fraud Policy (Important)

To ensure fair pay for publishers and real results for advertisers, our system automatically monitors traffic behavior. You may receive a "Strike" or be blocked if the system detects the following:

Trigger Warnings & Account Blocks

Our server actively analyzes IP patterns. The following actions are considered invalid traffic and will result in account penalties:

  • Rapid Page Refreshing: Reloading your website multiple times in a few seconds (e.g., >10 times in 5 seconds) to generate artificial ad views.
  • Unnatural Click Speed: Clicking an ad in less than 2 seconds after it appears on the screen. (Real humans take time to read and react).
  • Self-Clicking / Click Farms: Repeatedly clicking ads from the same IP address. (Note: Only the first 3 clicks per IP per day are counted for revenue).

The Strike System: If the system detects these patterns, a strike is added to your account. 1 Strike results in a warning. 3 Strikes will permanently block your ad serving.

3. Our Lightweight Script

Our ad script is designed for privacy and performance.

  • We do not use invasive tracking cookies that follow users across the web.
  • We do not slow down your website; our script is optimized to maintain 100% website quality.

4. Content Standards (Veg-Only Policy)

As part of our commitment to clean advertising, we do not allow:

  • Non-veg related content or advertisements.
  • Adult, illegal, or offensive material.
  • Any content that violates our community standards.

5. Payments & Security

  • All payouts are processed securely via direct bank transfer once the minimum threshold of ₹100 is reached.
  • We never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is only shared when necessary to process payments or comply with Indian legal regulations.
